First a boys’ school, to become a parish hall, L’Etang Moderne is a large-capacity lodging house, a reception hall, a place of residence and a concert hall! This place is steeped in local collective memory. The villagers remember with emotion their first steps on this stage.
Located in the historic center of Rochefort-en-Terre in a peaceful place where the Gueuzon river meanders, surrounded by hanging gardens of the Rue de l’Etang which gave it its name.
