At Rainbow Roots

It is a 60 m2 room in the middle of the Breton countryside in Questembert, Morbihan where we welcome small groups for yoga, qi gong, sound relaxation, sound awakening for children and parents, free painting, storytelling, shows…
But also a garden where it is nice to relax with a sound nap under the oak tree or a yoga session or a show.

• Parent-child sound awakening workshops, for children from 6 months to 3 years old:
  These workshops are a fun and relaxing time of sharing between parent or grandparent and child, around nursery rhymes, songs, and exploring sound instruments.
• Nature Awareness Workshops for children ages 3 to 6 (parent-child) and for children ages 5 to 7:
  The nature awareness workshop is a time of sharing and sensory exploration through games, discovery of nature through observation of insects, trees, or birds…, and through creativity.
• Free artistic expression workshop parent-child 3 to 6 years old:
  This is a playful and creative moment to go to the discovery of his artistic expression freely, without judgment and in the opening of the heart.
