Walk around the Moulin Neuf water plan
A 3 km pedestrian path laid out all around the Moulin Neuf pond, ideal for a family walk and easy access for strollers.
On the banks of the water plan, you will find a playground for children. The Moulin Neuf is the ideal place for a picnic with family or friends.
A pedestrian path has also been built from the lake to reach the center of Rochefort-en-Terre in complete safety. Count 15 minutes of walking (800m).
Hiking trails
The tour of Rochefort-en-Terre (7.6 km): a pleasant circuit that uses long sunken paths.
The Palis – Pluherlin (12 km) circuit dominates the valley of the Arz, survey schistose ridges, called the Grées which offer an exceptional panorama of Rochefort-en-Terre and its castle.

This circuit connects Questembert and the “Small Cities of Character” of Malestroit and Rochefort-en-Terre.
Start from Questembert following the V3 to Malestroit. From the center of Malestroit, you recover the Vélodyssée/Canal de Nantes à Brest. Then direction the town of Saint-Gravé by the Véloroute until Rochefort-en-Terre. Then direction to the site of the Moulin Neuf pond, then Pluherlin and back to the starting point.
The sites to visit on the route are: the village of Rochefort-en-Terre and the village of Malestroit.

at the Moulin Neuf
L’étang du Moulin Neuf a peaceful setting
Fed by several streams, the Etang du Moulin Neuf (14ha) is an ideal setting for family fishing. Classified as 2nd category fish, the pond offers depths ranging from 0.5 to 3m. The deepest area is located near the dike. One can fish for carnivores (pike, perch), eels and white fish (roach, rotengles, bream, tench). Carp fishing is allowed at night.

Designed for freshwater lure fishing, this silent, eco-friendly and fun boat will allow you to access inaccessible spots from the shore and open up new territories to explore.

During the tourist season, water analyses are done regularly, every 15 days, in conjunction with the Regional Health Agency.
