The village of Rochefort-en-Terre had the pleasure of welcoming Stéphane Bern and his team on May 5 and 6, 2016 for the filming of the show Le Village Préféré des Français 2016which was broadcast on Tuesday, June 7 on France 2.

On the 1st day of filming, Stéphane Bern went to meet the medieval potter Michel Chantepie, he then spent some time with Gérard Rineau, the former guide of the castle, and then He met the gardeners of the village to set up some planters. On the 2nd day, Stéphane Bern met Violaine Frappesauce who runsthe Equicerie, a traveling grocery store pulled by a beautiful Breton horse. The day continued with a visit to the church steeple currently being repaired to showcase the work of the journeymen doing the work.
