You'll learn a method for making healthy, delicious, and eco-friendly preserves (without cooking or pasteurization). You'll discover the many benefits of this age-old technique and learn how to incorporate them into your meals! You'll leave with two jars filled with fermented vegetables to start at home and share with your friends and family! Lacto-fermented preserves will be tasted at the end of the workshop.
