This workshop will present the historical, botanical, and energetic aspects of birch trees, as well as the uses and benefits of their different parts (leaves, bark, buds, sap). Participants will enjoy a tasting of a detoxifying herbal tea at the beginning of the workshop. A field trip will then be organized to discover various sap harvesting techniques and to taste the sap. Please bring boots and an empty glass bottle to take some sap home after the workshop (at least 0.5 liters). Registration is required.
