Journée plantes et chants

The association Des graines et des brouettes invites you to a day combining singing in its various forms with plants! Explore "our earth": how the underground life of plants and our inner earth support and extend each other, and how singing sustains these depths. The workshop includes grounding songs, intuitive singing, sound relaxation, and making remedies with medicinal roots. Co-facilitated by Angélina from Happy'artmonie for singing and Frédérique from Des graines et des brouettes for herbalism.
