Running time: 1 hour 21 minutes. Suitable for ages 6 and up. Synopsis: Violette is 8 years old, has a strong personality, and a new guardian! Since the death of her parents, she has to live with her uncle Régis, a maintenance worker at the Palace of Versailles. He's a gruff giant, and she's a stubborn little girl who refuses to speak to him and runs away whenever she can! But behind the gilded scenes of the Sun King's palace, these two lonely souls will gradually tame each other, learn to know one another, and discover a new family… Nathaniel H'Limi – illustrator and director. As a child, Nathaniel H'Limi wanted to be an inventor. However, he was better at drawing than at mathematics. So, it was at art school that he learned to invent stories and, above all, to find ways to tell them. Today, Nathaniel is an animation filmmaker, illustrator, and art director.
