Located on Place Gombaud and erected in 1907 by the Union Régionaliste Bretonne, on the occasion of the millennium of the death of the King of Brittany, Alain Le Grand (Alan Meur in Breton), this granite stele 5 meters high commemorates the victory of the Breton leader over the Normans (Vikings) in 890.
