The Humeau family has been making gingerbread since 1973. Their product range has expanded to include nougat, caramels, Breton shortbread, Breton galettes, nonnettes (small cakes), honey mustard, chouchen (a Breton mead), cider, jams, and a health and wellness line (royal jelly, propolis, etc.). A family-run, artisanal biscuit factory for over 50 years. Made on-site. You can also find our kouign amann at 3 Place du Puits. Opening hours and days vary depending on the season. It is strongly recommended, especially during the off-season, to contact the shop to confirm opening hours. Le Rucher Fleuri is closed on December 24th, 25th, and 31st, as well as January 1st.
