Just 15 minutes from the historic center of Vannes, in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Morbihan – a member of the Collège Culinaire de France – Chef Gilles Demaure and his partner Agnès Vaillier welcome you to their cozy, warm, and friendly restaurant with seating for around twenty. Three types of menus are offered throughout the week: a Market Menu at lunchtime, a Tasting Menu in the evening, and a Convivial Sharing Menu on Sunday lunchtimes and public holidays (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays). A selection of carefully chosen wines, many of them biodynamic, will be suggested to complement the dishes. Free parking is available nearby, including two electric vehicle charging stations. A walking area around the large pond, complete with a children's play area, awaits you! Our restaurant is located on the village square of La Vraie-Croix (Langroez in Breton), known for preserving its historic architecture and for its floral displays, which have been recognized for decades. Awarded the "Villes et Villages Fleuris" (Towns and Villages in Bloom) label, La Vraie-Croix invites you to delight your senses through its gardens, walks around the pond, and in the heart of the village, which delicately preserves its unique 13th-century chapel.
