Discover animation by trying pixilation: flying, jumping, walking without moving... By transforming the actor into an articulated puppet. What is pixilation? Pixilation is an animation technique that uses stationary objects, but also with real actors. In this scenario, we no longer film a plastic character frame by frame, but a person, who freezes his gestures with each movement. It's a special effect (special effects carried out during filming) which creates a semblance of magic: characters who fly, slide without moving their legs, objects or characters who appear suddenly, movements impossible in reality, etc. By breaking down gestures and inventing situations, young people discover the challenges of animated cinema. Upon registration by email indicating the name, first name of the registrants and the contact details of the referents. The workshop is accompanied by a program of short pixilation films. Duration 2 hours – from 5 years old. In partnership with the Cinéphare association.
