  • Introduction to gemmotherapy: discovering precious buds. Workshop offered by Frédérique Pédron-Deroche from the Graines et des Brouettes association.

  • Identification of trees at the end of winter thanks to buds (use of flora based on bud recognition). Bud picking (picking rules, work on conscious posture, making a bud macerate). You leave with a document and a bud macerate.
