Thursday, September 18 or Thursday, September 25 (your choice) from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Study of sleep and stress plants. Field reconnaissance of plants related to the theme. Collection of some plants for the creation of remedies (tincture and relaxing oil). You will leave with 2 preparations. + Presentation of trees acting on the sphere of stress and sleep in gemmotherapy (use of buds and young shoots: workshops for making bud macerates in spring).
