  • Birch sap workshop, offered by Frédérique Pédron-Deroche from the Graines et des Brouettes association.

  • Identification of birch trees Uses and virtues of the different parts of the birch tree (bark, leaves, buds and sap). Presentation of the techniques for collecting sap in the field. Harvesting and tasting You will leave with sap (bring an empty glass bottle) and a document on birch.
