Cidrerie l'Atelier de la Pépie

L'Atelier de la pépie is an artisanal cider maker/lemonade maker where we make ciders without added sulphites and with bottled foam, apple juice and lemonade with pure lemon juice and cane sugar. All products are organic. The raw artisanal cider from Atelier de la Pépie was selected by Gault&Millau to appear in their “Bretagne Escapades Gourmandes” Guide! Here is the comment from the tasting jury: "A lovely shade with natural cloudiness, a nose of tangy fresh apple, spring-like, almost floral, with a fine bubble that disappears. The attack is pleasant, on the fruit, with chewiness, without too much length, with a slightly candied, slightly honeyed finish." Where to find their products?
