Concert épicurien la vache folle

The principle of the epicurean concert (also called Concert Gourmand), is to combine contemporary music and taste pleasure! We will celebrate our seventh edition this year. For the musical side, we choose to highlight two local groups, with a headliner. The main idea is to have emerging groups play, our Morbihan pool being very large! On the program: - MONTY PICON (RENNES) rock - CHARLEEN (VANNES) power trio pop rock - BABACHAGG (VANNES) rock For the gourmet side, we decided that several artisans would be present during the concert, in the room, in direct contact with the public, facing the stage. This strong choice aims to encourage exchanges, contacts, discoveries. It is also about highlighting the know-how of our local artisans: pork butchers, oyster farmers, local beers, wines, cheeses… We have been working since the beginning of the adventure with a sommelier for wines (Julien BLANCHARD Sommelier à la carte). This allowed us to offer 3 quality wines, and to highlight partner domains. For 2 years, we have been realizing a great meeting with the BRUME-HORIZON Brewery in Questembert, with whom we have developed an original recipe, to brew our own Beer, LA MEUH. This year it is coming out faster than last year and it is already on sale at Panier Berricois in Berric. Charcuterie, oysters, cheeses, homemade fries, hot sandwich (original mad cow recipe), gourmet dung for dessert Music and Gastronomy on the program! Do not eat before the concert, there is everything you need on site, with the artisans! A big rock and gourmet evening!!
