A moment of relaxation and music, without moderation! Small catering on site. Free participation. Už Jsme Doma { «ouj∼chmè∼doma» } is a collective construction created in 1985 in Teplice (Czech Republic) and quickly consolidated around some previous foundations of the FPB building... A difficult exercise to summarize more than 35 years of cultural arghtivism: Nine studio albums, two re-recorded and rearranged albums, three live discs {the last being with Randy from The Residents}, a double DVD, a book of texts, a pop∼up book and nearly 3000 concerts around the world …More than a group, Už Jsme Doma is an arghtistic combination, ++++ with visual elements → made by the painter and non∼musician permanent member, Martin Velíšek, +++++ poetry → with the texts (sur)realists by Miroslav Wanek, ++++ and of course music → A clever mix between “post∼punk”, “avant∼jazz”, “weird∼ska”, “prog∼rock”, “expé∼ folk” and as many other double-faceted labels as you want, ah ah → Skillfully extraordinary rhythms and above all the presence of powerful voices with heady melodies, close to Gregorian chants, nothing less… In a few minutes, we see each other already in the heart of Prague in a “Hospoda” {popular Czech bar} around a large table full of good beers, singing the refrains of UJD in heart with a little tear in your eye… No doubt: “We are well in their house”!
