Exposition "Entre ciel et terre" de Sandrine Merrien

The opening of the exhibition will take place on Friday, January 24th from 6:30 p.m. A few words about Sandrine Merrien: Originally from Loire Atlantique, she now lives in Brittany, in Douarnenez. She devotes herself fully to painting after having worked as a trainer and psychotherapist. Her artistic approach is rooted in the contemplation of nature: in contact with it, she feels rocked, soothed, sometimes jostled. Between heaven and earth, she feels free, alive. She expresses in painting and drawings this joyful and intimate experience that she finds in the studio in contact with canvas, paper, paint and pencils. Self-taught, she has experimented with acrylic, ink, pigments, pastels and pencils, on paper, wood, canvas, in small, large and very large formats.
