3 evenings and 1 day of activities around the theme of accessibility to sustainable food. On the program: THURSDAY September 28, at the Iris cinema (Questembert) - 8:30 p.m.: Screening “The part of others” (free) FRIDAY September 29, at the Basse Moisonnais farm (Antoine Rescan - Malansac): - 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. : “Farm installation/transmission” café (time for discussions between agricultural project leaders and transferors) - 6:30 p.m.: Opening with refreshment bar and homemade fries (yum!) - 7:30 p.m.: Evening of discussions: right to sustainable food for all, a utopia? SATURDAY September 30, at the Basse Moisonnais farm (Malansac): - From 9 a.m.: The farmers' market - From 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast made from farm products - From 10 a.m.: Bread & brioche workshops, lactofermentation and squash carving - Midday: Farmer's picnic - From 2:30 p.m.: World cuisine workshops, vegetable aperitif, wood-fired pizzas, vegetable garden initiation, forest garden, Norwegian pot and workshop for children from seed to plate - 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.: 2 round tables hosted by Plum FM on collective catering and the balance between fair remuneration of producers/food accessibility Festive evening: - 6 p.m.: improv theater with the Oust'là. - 7:15 p.m.: karaoke with the Jukeboys Band - 8:45 p.m.: concert with Le Poil de la Bête - 10 p.m.: concert with Zarhzä and 12:15 a.m.: DJ Garlic and Garlic - From 7:30 p.m.: The evening canteen (which will delight your taste buds!)
