This residence with beautiful ornate skylights, all different, dates from the 15th and 16th centuries. It is one of the oldest houses in Questembert.

This former private mansion, located opposite the halls, has an original turret located at the back of the building. This turret is topped with a very original double-arched four-sided roof which meets in a hug at the top. The outer projection of this roof houses two carved wooden caryatids representing "Questembert and his wife".
