An adventure that spans time, one that has been a creperie, a house, a café, a bar, a cabinet of curiosities, today takes on the role of a committed bistronomic table with its open kitchen in the heart of the room. A fully transparent kitchen, within reach, at the corner of the stove, like an invitation home. An address where you will find a constantly renewed menu, based on arrivals, harvests, gatherings, hunting and fishing, with the rigorous choice of what is beautiful and good every day on the market. An attentive, original, gourmet cuisine thanks to our local partners, with the concern for a coherent and responsible selection of our essentially organic, ethical and reasoned products. The wine list is in the same direction, giving pride of place to biodynamic and natural wines and to estates that produce wonderful work across our regions. A timeless moment where it will just be good to appreciate the moment! Chef Alban Chartron, who cut his teeth, among others, at Davy Tissot at the Villa Florentine in Lyon and Alain Ducasse, at the Louis XV in Monaco. Meanwhile, Sarah Alba, at the age of 24, began her initiatory journey in the temples of gastronomic excellence. A hard worker, the young woman reached the triple-starred Parisian restaurant L'Épicure, where she served as head chef. Micro-table & ultra local cuisine. GAULT & MILLAU: 2 hats.
