Street arts, weavers of links in our territories? What connections are made by initiating an artistic project in public space? How can we support residents towards the ability to act and exercise their cultural rights? To explore this issue, we invite several cultural actors to testify: L'inopiné festival in Questembert, L'écuée in Baud and Quartier Libre in Redon. These experiences will make it possible to question inclusion in a territorial cultural policy and the integration of transitions at the heart of artistic projects. Through the involvement of residents in artistic initiatives, we will collectively reflect on modes of citizen participation in public space.
