L'atelier des lucioles, a new association in Molac, offers you an evening around French sign language approached through the prism of artistic creation with a discussion around poetry in LSF and a short dance-sign show. Discovery of poetry in LSF. Fanny Catteau, French/LSF interpreter since 2015 and postdoctoral student in sign language linguistics at the University of Poitiers, will show us how French sign language is a real language, with, in fact, a very rich cultural baggage. . A specialist in deaf poetry, she will present us with different poetic registers, supplemented by a few examples of haikus, slam, poems with configuration games... "Les passeres" played by the Cie Mi-Figue created by two dancers from Rennes, Morgan Loy and Lola Volso, who combine contemporary dance and the codes of sign language: an all-terrain trio for two dancers and a radio-cassette player. The show revolves around French song from the 60s to the 90s and mixes the aesthetics of contemporary dance and sign language. We talk about love leaning on the counter, with hands and feet, sometimes in a mocking tone, sometimes serious but always with poetry. This 20-minute show is for everyone, with no age limit. Places are limited, reservations are required by email. An initiation / awareness workshop on the LSF is organized on Saturday April 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. More information on the program on the association's website.
