Théâtre : découvrir l’improvisation avec la troupe Les Dissipé.e.s

The troupe Les Dissipé.es offers an introductory day to classical improvisation found in improv matches or cabarets. It is a day open to all without any prerequisites and the objective is above all to try the basics of improv. The association makes a point of ensuring the physical and emotional safety of its members and its audience. Thus, the workshop aims to improvise safely and while having fun. The Workshop will be taught by Élise and Axel, two friendly dissipating improvisers. In the evening, other dissipating members will join them to offer an improvisation cabaret open to all. Program for the day: 10 a.m. – Introductions and games to get to know each other 10:30 a.m. – Body & Vocal Warm-up 11 a.m. – Introductory games to improvisation 12:30 p.m. – Lunch break 1:30 p.m. – Resumption with energizing games 2 p.m. – Improvisation exercises and games 4 p.m. – Cabaret-style improvisation (with themes, category, time and number of players imposed) Audience / Prerequisites: none; from 12 years old, teenagers, adults Minimum / maximum number of participants: 5 / 12 Price (see below). A 50% deposit is required upon booking. It will be retained in the event of cancellation by the participant occurring less than 3 working days before the workshop (unless the person withdrawing finds a replacement) and refunded if the workshop does not take place due to insufficient participants. A few words about the troupe: Les Dissipé.es is an improv association from Rennes that was created in October 21. Created as part of a student project for an improvisation match at the University of Rennes 2, after the performances, the members decided to continue the adventure independently. Since then, the troupe has been quite active on the improv scene in Rennes with several performances per year, despite a lack of concentration on the part of the members, which earned them their name.
