From rounds to spirals, in pairs or a hundred, the frenetic repetition of steps brings individuals to become one. Playing with spaces and dialogues, the two dancers attempt to reinvest the codes of these traditional popular festivals, which call for letting go for an evening. Whirling and meandering, a playground opens up to them. With hooked little fingers, sharing in simplicity and the pleasure of being together break down the sometimes repressive barriers of society. Faces change. The music leads the dance. The intense rhythm creates dialogue and makes polished shoes and holey sandals hammer on the floor.
