On the occasion of these Heritage Days, the owners of the Château de Trémohar will open the doors of the estate through a unique show reconstructing the history of the place. For approximately 1 hour, visitors will travel through the centuries, discovering the history of the estate through the families of owners who have succeeded one another. The visit will take the form of a guided scenic tour reconstructed by volunteers (children and friends of the owners) at the times indicated: - Saturday, September 20: 11 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - Sunday, September 21: 1:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. For this fifth edition, visitors will discover some changes and new, never-before-seen scenes. One of them will highlight the renovation of the guard tower, to the north of the 18th century castle. There is no registration required. However, due to the number of visitors, self-guided tours are not possible. Guided tours of the estate are available. Trémohar Castle is a private family property. We thank visitors for respecting the privacy of the premises and not entering the buildings without permission. About Trémohar Castle: Located 20 km from Vannes, between Theix and Muzillac, Trémohar Castle bears witness to a rich history, marked by the succession of the Berric, Quifi stre, Bazvalan, Le Gouvello, Frances, Blériot, and then Breesé families. From its ancient medieval towers to the 18th-century castle, the estate preserves the architectural traces of the different eras that shaped it. Acquired by the Breesé family in 2020, they are working to bring this family estate back to life through major interior and exterior renovations.
