Description
Artisanal cider house.
A traditional cider house in a converted farmhouse with an accessible, traditional orchard. Natural, sulfite-free ciders made with hand-harvested grapes. Currently establishing himself as a cider producer in Pluherlin, Tanguy Bouvet offers decidedly natural, dry, fruity, and flavorful ciders, respecting tradition: the apples are hand-picked and pressed after ripening in crates. He cultivates a young, open-field orchard of apple and pear trees in the Arz Valley, grazed by cows, resulting in a diverse range of varieties.
