The Folaisons farm is 5 young associates installed in April 2022 on a dairy cow farm.

We have diversified our activities with the arrival of a dairy sheep farm, the setting up of a workshop for processing the two milks into cheeses and yogurts, but also through the creation of a diversified market gardening and bread making workshop. sourdough cooked over a wood fire. The farm is in organic conversion. We sell our products directly: - at the AMAP in Elven on Monday evenings; - at the farm shop (Métairie de Bodevrel in Pluherlin) on Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.; - on the Vannes market (public weight square) on Wednesday mornings from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; - under the halls of Questembert on Wednesday evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Our products are also available in the following stores: - the Chez Violaine grocery store in Pluherlin - the Epicenter grocery store in St Gravé - the Proxi store in St Martin-sur-Oust - the HalleTerreNative store in Questembert
