The hedgerows are budding! Discover the treasures of the hedgerow with the association Des Graines et des Brouettes (Seeds and Wheelbarrows). Learn to identify a shrub by its buds? Learn to harvest the right plants and make remedies? Enjoy a seasonal herbal tea? Reservations required. Ages 12 and up. Maximum 14 participants. Participants are invited to explore local hedgerows, true treasures of biodiversity with numerous benefits. Led by Frédérique Pédron, this workshop offers a hands-on and sensory approach. During the walk, everyone will be able to observe the different species of shrubs, trees, and plants that make up the hedgerows, and better understand their role and benefits. The meeting will continue with a time of gathering, followed by creations around the plants: - preparation of an aromatic cold infusion based on flowers - preparation of an aromatized kefir with freshly picked leaves or flowers - making a hawthorn tincture A convivial moment to learn, experiment and reconnect with knowledge related to plants.
