Here's the workshop outline: - Checking and monitoring wear on parts (tires, rim tape) - Learning how to repair an inner tube - Changing an inner tube - Changing a tire - Changing rim tape - Checking hub bearings - Tensioning and tightening spokes - Information on converting to tubeless tires
