Reggae comes to the Kercabiron open-air café!
Open from 11am to 9pm. Concerts by Sound System Iriejedi and Swiff Bounty. Roots vibes and good vibes guaranteed all afternoon with IRIEJEDI, a Sound System collective from Vannes made up of three Dub culture enthusiasts! Also producers, they present an eclectic selection blending Roots, Dub, Steppa, and Digital, enriched with original productions and exclusive dubplates. Each session is conceived as a sonic journey where bass, vibrations, and sharing take center stage. With their Sound System equipped with two scoops, IRIEJEDI perpetuates the spirit of Sound Systems with a sincere, handcrafted approach, resolutely focused on the pleasure of making music resonate and bringing the audience together around good vibes. Swiff Bounty offers us, with his Rootz reggae music voice, a sound all his own. Leader of the Rennes-based reggae group "The Fanatiks" for the past 10 years, he sets the stage ablaze at Reggae/Hip Hop sound systems and festivals across France (Wadada, Bobital, etc.). Singing in French or English, he'll offer a unique and uplifting experience! Remember to bring change for the artists' hat! Food available on site: galettes, crêpes, and ice cream. Non-stop service all day. Local drinks. ------------ The community-run open-air café is open from May to early September: Hours: Thursday (5 pm – 9 pm): Afternoon snack or dinner by the pond (Galettes, crêpes & ice cream) Friday (5 pm – 11 pm): Concerts all summer long under the lanterns (Homemade fries, sausages, falafels & ice cream) Sunday (11 am – 9 pm NON-STOP): Relaxing day with musical entertainment and various themes (Galettes, crêpes & ice cream).
