Description
Organised by Graines et Merveilles as part of the European Heritage Days 2026.
Heritage, living heritage: sourdough bread! A conference on the world of peasant and artisan biodiversity, and the impact of our individual and collective choices throughout history – a synthesis by Christophe Bonneuil, a researcher in the history of science, and featuring numerous field professionals (farmers, millers, bakers, researchers, artists, etc.). This event will take place in the farm's goat barn, transformed into an exhibition space, hosting the exhibition of Marie Preston, an artist involved with us in the participatory research project "Levains" (Sourdoughs). Biodiversity-themed buffet/aperitif. Reservations required: [email protected]
