A dance performance preceded by a lunch (reservations required). * Show at the Salle des Tilleuls: 4 artists on stage for a show full of good humor, laughter, and songs. * Lunch at the Salle de la Rainerie: Medium-cooked foie gras and oxtail, tartar sauce, confit tomatoes, and toast. Apple and Manzana sorbet. Tender confit pork, honey mustard sauce, mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots. Cheese duo and salad. Chef Michel's crunchy dessert, vanilla cream, and fresh fruit coulis.
