The Visit

First, a guided walk through the streets of Rochefort-en-Terre will show your group the protected built heritage of the Petite Cité de Caractère®. In the park of the castle, you will overlook the village; the guide will make you observe the roofs of the classified houses, another way to discover the city. At the store area of the tourist office, discover the hiking guides that will reveal the beauty of the natural heritage of Morbihan.

After lunch, take even more height by following Sophie and Melanie, from the association Saute Ruisseaux, nature and living heritage animators. A 2h30 walk (5 km) that will take you on the traces of the old slate quarries. The discovery of a protected natural site with exceptional views, atypical of the Landes de Bretagne and Rochefort-en-Terre.

A lively course punctuated with history, anecdotes, discoveries of biodiversity, accompanied by professional animators and passionate about these places and its history.

A map of the Rochefort-en-Terre bypass will be provided to access the parking lots.
