Step inside the AGO Cosmétiques artisanal soap factory in Ambon. In our shop, you'll discover soaps and cosmetics handmade on-site using the cold process method with organic vegetable oils and butters. Scents, textures, colors! A sensory experience not to be missed during your stay in Morbihan, and the perfect opportunity to take home a lovely souvenir of Brittany, crafted with care between land and sea. SOAP MAKING WORKSHOPS Dates: Saturday 04/07/26, Saturday 11/07/26, Saturday 22/08/26, Saturday 29/08/26, Saturday 12/09/26, Tuesday 22/09/26 from 10am-1pm. Come and discover the secrets of artisanal soap making: from the chemistry of vegetable oils to the soap maker's techniques, this introductory workshop opens the doors to authentic craftsmanship. On the agenda: making a superfatted soap using the cold process method, a 100% artisanal technique. You'll create your own soap from organic ingredients, following a carefully crafted recipe. At the end of the session, you'll leave with your creation (approximately 500g of superfatted soap, gentle and kind to your skin), which you'll simply need to let dry for four weeks before enjoying it in the shower. Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided step by step by a member of the AGO Cosmetics team, a professional soap maker and chemical engineer specializing in natural ingredients. Sessions are intentionally limited to three participants to ensure personalized attention. The workshop consists of two sessions, ideally 48 hours apart (first session: approximately 3 hours; second session: approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour). During the first meeting, we'll agree on a date for the second session, which will be dedicated to cutting the soap.
