Limerzel is only 25 minutes from the nearest beaches. The main and closest ones are those of Billiers, Damgan, and Pénestin… The ocean awaits you for swimming, fishing, and walks along the coastal paths… Rochefort-en-Terre is a small town of character, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France." The village, home to many artists and craftspeople, is located 9 km north of the town of Limerzel. Questembert has a community swimming pool open to all. This town also hosts a market every Monday morning. The Branferé Park, located in Le Guerno, is a place of wonder, combining an animal and botanical park with an adventure park (Parcabout®) for an unforgettable day in nature. In Caden, towards Redon, golf enthusiasts will discover a 9-hole, par 34, wooded course with a covered driving range. An entrance hall is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, a living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge opens onto a terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Pets are welcome. Baby equipment (travel cot, baby bouncer, high chair) is available. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
