Manoir du Vau d'Arz - Gîte Rochefort

The Manoir du Vau d'Arz, a former 16th-century seigneurial estate at the foot of Rochefort-en-Terre, a favorite village of the French, is located in a hectare park, a wildlife and flora protection area classified NATURA 2000 where the Arz river flows. The Rochefort gîte is a duplex with a lot of charm and authenticity. On the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room with a view of the pool and park (direct access); also, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a King Size bed 180×200 followed by a connecting bedroom with a 140×200 bed. Sheets and household linen are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Gîtes can be booked from Saturday to Saturday during school periods. Outside school periods, rentals of a minimum of 2 days are accepted (price per night). Baby equipment is available free of charge (folding bed, high chair). Currently, our accommodations are not equipped for people with reduced mobility. An outdoor spa is available to all for one-hour slots, upon reservation. A tourist tax will be requested on site (per person per night), the amount of which varies depending on the type and classification of the accommodation. Please inquire.
