Our estate is located 700m from Rochefort-en-Terre, and our guests are used to walking there. We have two guest rooms and a gîte for six people. The guest rooms The first guest room, "La Bergerie de Saint-Fiacre", is located on the ground floor of the east wing of the manor. Formerly a sheepfold, it now welcomes travelers in a classic-style decor. It consists of a relaxation area with a small Louis XVI lounge, a sleeping area with a 200x200 bed and two 90x190 beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. Capacity from 1 to 4 people. The room "Le Grenier de Saint-Fiacre" is located on the first floor of the east wing of the manor. Oats were once stored there. This room opens onto a relaxation area with a small living room and then offers a sleeping area with a 160x200 bed. The living room, equipped with a convertible sofa (BZ), can accommodate a third person. We have installed a dining area for travelers who wish to have a snack. The room has a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a toilet. Capacity of 1 to 3 people. Breakfast is served in our dining room by the fireplace in winter or on the sunny terrace when the weather permits. The one-hectare park offers a quiet space conducive to relaxation and enhanced by the song of the many birds that have made their home in the trees of the property. In summer, games are available (Breton puck, molky, croquet...). The terrace also remains accessible. About the hosts Originally from both Brittany and Alsace, we acquired the manor several years ago, before deciding, in 2022, to join our family and settle there permanently. We love to show this beautiful environment to passing guests. About the geographical location Ideally located between the Moulin Neuf leisure center (200m below) and the picturesque village of Rochefort en Terre (700m on foot), the Manoir de Saint-Fiacre offers a wide range of tourist visits and sports activities for the whole family. Rochefort en Terre, a small town of character in Brittany, is located 30 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands and 35 minutes from Vannes. Its castle, its ramparts, its old residences make Rochefort-en-Terre an essential tourist stop. Pets allowed upon request. A tourist tax will be charged on site (per person per night).
