Concert Moger Orchestra

Moger Orchestra offers a dense and powerful sound between jazz, folk, pop-rock, improvised music and spoken word. The orchestral writings are entrusted to different performers, on the basis of collective compositions. On stage, singer and bassist Dylan James brings English poetry crossed by themes of witchcraft and climate change. Sometimes a refined and rooted folk melody disrupts complex, serious and precise orchestral writing, sometimes spoken word hammers home his vision. This inner journey is rooted in a trance with a deep timbre revealed by the rock orchestration and the boundless energy of the eight musicians. Thanks to the atypical instrumentation of this ensemble, it teems with atmospheres, rhythms and colors, where each artist puts himself at the service of the collective.
