The atypical side of this house lies in its two mezzanines, created on each side of the main room, with windows opening onto the living room. This semi-detached vacation rental consists of: - On the ground floor: A living room with living room, lounge and kitchen A bathroom with WC. - On each side of the main room, you will find an independent staircase leading to a mezzanine. The 1st mezzanine: has a 160x200 bed. The 2nd mezzanine: has a 160x200 bed (be careful, it is not possible to move around the bed) Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace and an enclosed garden (shared with the owners), barbecue, and many leisure facilities to share: basketball hoop, trampoline ... for great moments of conviviality! Private parking spaces on the property. Gite located at one end of the owners' farmhouse (two dogs). 2 other gites on the property (Ar Roz and Kaouenn). Rental 2 nights minimum / July-August 7 nights minimum (Sunday to Sunday).
