    The Kaouenn mini cottage is an independent studio of 46m2, on the ground floor of our typical farmhouse in the heart of the Morbihan countryside, 5 minutes from Rochefort en Terre and only a few km from many tourist and leisure sites and all amenities. (food and craft shops, medical centre, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farm market). The studio is ideal for 3 guests, but can accommodate up to 5 people. It offers a double bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa that can be opened into trundle beds (2 80 cm beds or 1 160 cm bed). The room offers a seating area with bench seat and armchair around the wood stove, a dining area with table and chairs, an equipped kitchenette (hob, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso). The shower room is adjoining and incorporates the toilet. An outdoor space with private equipment (garden table, barbecue and deckchairs) is available to Kaouenn guests. Note: sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included in the price. Tourist tax: 4% of the price of the night per person for each taxable person (excluding minors, seasonal workers, emergency accommodation)
