Gîte Manoir de Saint-Fiacre

Our estate is located 700m from Rochefort en Terre, our guests are used to getting there on foot. We have two guest rooms and a gîte for six people. The Gîte de Saint-Fiacre This recently renovated building offers the comfort of a guest room, thanks to its three independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet, and the freedom of a gîte. On the ground floor of the gîte: - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room - living room, a small laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: - The first bedroom in country style with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into 2x90x200, private bathroom and separate toilet for each - The second in Breton style with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into 2x90x200, private bathroom and separate toilet. - the third in 19th century style with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a garden and a terrace with a dining table. Possibility of parking vehicles in the private courtyard. About the hosts Originally from both Brittany and Alsace, we acquired the manor several years ago, before deciding, in 2022, to join our family and settle there permanently. We like to show this beautiful environment to passing guests. About the geographical location Ideally located between the Moulin Neuf leisure center (200m below) and the picturesque village of Rochefort en Terre (700m on foot), the Manoir de Saint-Fiacre offers a wide range of tourist visits and sports activities for the whole family. Rochefort en Terre, a small town of character in Brittany, is located 30 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands and 35 minutes from Vannes. Its castle, its ramparts, its old residences make Rochefort-en-Terre an unmissable tourist stop. Pets allowed upon request.
