November 9 at 7 p.m.: "C'est comme ça" by Sarah Bellanger. "Behind my camera, I stage Marie-Jo, my grandmother. Formerly a textile worker, she replays her first day at the factory: the discovery of timekeepers, assembly line work, the pressure of productivity. Today, the factory has been demolished and has taken with it in its destruction all the writings and photographs of the workers. Over time, Marie-Jo's story has become a "non-subject", including in my home. I try to understand my heritage by filming my family. By reconstructing this erased history, I watch around me for traces of a working-class world that has now been transformed." (Sarah Bellanger) November 10 at 5 p.m.: "Save Our Souls" directed by Jean-Baptiste Bonnet. "The Mediterranean is a deadly desert for those who want to reach the European coasts. Off the Libyan coast, the crew of the Ocean Viking keeps watch, looking for boats in distress. After a high-risk rescue, castaways and rescuers live together on the boat, waiting for a port of call. This time on board is the first refuge for the survivors. With the rescuers, a relationship is formed based on listening, care and presence. A relationship that is like a life jacket." in the presence of Justine Dupuis, lifeguard. Organized by the municipality of Lauzach.
