With a capacity of 12 beds, enjoy a patio giving direct access to the indoor swimming pool heated all year round at 28°C and without even setting foot outside from the house! Upstairs: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub, 1 mezzanine, 2 toilets. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, electric filter coffee maker, teapot, fridge, freezer) opens onto a large living room and a cozy lounge. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, emergency laundry basin, clothes pegs... For your private use, take advantage of the large terrace with a large dining table, a small lounge, barbecue, a garden of 2000 m2 not overlooked, private parking.
