The ground floor consists of a living room opening onto the dining room and the kitchen with exposed beams, 2 sofas and an LED TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer. The first floor attic consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with WC. Outside: The cottage has its private and enclosed garden with trampoline, independent entrance and parking, a terrace with wooden garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the large garden with trees and flowers, fully fenced, leads to the heated and covered swimming pool of 12m x 6m (secure and fenced, open from April to the end of October), and to the games room for young and old. At the rear of the property, there is a large grassy area for ball games (football pitch), badminton and boules pitch. Beds made upon your arrival. Baby cot and high chair available upon reservation.
